Let me start by saying that I have never bought a lottery ticket. At least I don't think I have, but as sure as I say never, my kids will point out that I am wrong. They are good like that - pointing out when I am wrong.
Anyway - Denim Dan - he buys a lottery ticket every week. He says it is his way of helping the school system. You can see how well that is working, right?
We were talking about a someone he knows that won the lottery 20 years ago - I mean won BIG - and he is broke now.
So what would I do if I won the lottery? I would try to maintain my current life style for one year. I think I would want to get use to the feeling of having money in the bank. You know, serious money in the bank. I probably wouldn't be successful, but I would still try.
Then I would go to my closest friends and family and pay off their debt. What a blessing that would be for me, to be able to do that for someone.
Other than that I would probably buy a whole lot of shoes!
I LOVE these shoes - Of course then I would have to buy a new outfit to wear with them.
These are great too - I would NEVER buy them- I don't have the guts to wear animal print shoes - I am not that hip - but I still like to look at them and try them on.
These are more my style -
I would wear these to a spring wedding. Does anyone need a date to a wedding? I love weddings more than I love these shoes.
I would buy these.
And these, these shoes would look great with jeans.
I would like to have these for the summer.
And these too!
But since I am still unemployed, I will just wear these.
What would you do if you won the lottery? Remember, I don't play so your odds of winning are better than mine.
I love the spring wedding shoes, too! But like you, I love the wedding more. Of course I am too tall for ANYTHING beyond flip flops. ha...thank God I live on the beach.
